As a Business Process and Systems Analyst you will be responsible for testing software enhancements, reviewing requirements, assist in documenting processes and procedures for end-users, and running ad-hoc reports as requested. You will analyze business processes for improvements and functionality, provide technical support to end-users, and assist in delivering service and operational excellence and ensure that day-to-day operational goals are met and exceeded.
Required tasks include:
- Ensuring systems meet the requirements of the end-users
- Writing and executing test cases and test strategies for new functionality
- Performing regression and integration testing
- Coordinating activities in the testing process
- Researching business and system process enhancements
- Running ad-hoc queries and reports
- Reviewing and analyzing data to formulate solutions
- Executing financial audits
- Developing automated reports
- Creating and maintaining large databases
- Pulling, analyzing, and summarizing large amounts of data
- Updating and maintaining agent data
This position requires someone with the following:

Role Essentials
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Access
Role Desirables
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Prior experience in the and/or service operations/ health service industry
- Knowledge of the following: Oracle, Standard Query Language, Excel, Access, Mainframe
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology
- Understanding of software functional requirements and test plans
