Would you enjoy using your business, mathematical, and technological knowledge to analyze and improve current business processes?   Assignment Capsule As a Business Process and Systems Analyst you will be responsible for testing software enhancements, reviewing requirements, assist in documenting processes and procedures for end-users, and running ad-hoc reports as requested. You will analyze business processes for improvements and functionality, provide technical support to end-users, and assist in delivering service and operational excellence and ensure that day-to-day operational goals are met and exceeded.   Required tasks include: Ensuring systems meet the requirements of the end-users Writing and executing test cases and test strategies for new functionality Performing regression and integration testing Coordinating activities in the testing process Researching business and system process enhancements Running ad-hoc queries and reports Reviewing and analyzing data to formulate solutions Executing financial audits Developing automated reports Creating and maintaining large databases Pulling, analyzing, and summarizing large amounts of data Updating and maintaining agent data   This position requires someone with the following: Strong investigative skills Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills Strong analytical skills Project Management skills Ability to partner with peers to review needs and possible solutions Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities Can meet deadlines in a fast paced environment Minimal supervision required   Key Competencies Builds Trust: You honor your word by doing what you say you are going to do Drives for excellence: You are a continuous learner who encourages others to learn.  Role: Healthcare Implementation Engineer/Analyst
Assignment: Certify Data Systems
Location: San Jose, CA

Certify Data Systems is looking for a Healthcare Implemenation Analyst to deploy its suite of products into the healthcare market. You will use your extensive knowledge of our products along with your knowledge of clinical EMRs, hospital/lab information systems and interface engines to create a deployment plan tailored to the customer. You will work with the customer to successfully execute the plan. Following deployment, you will hand off support to Certify’s technical support group.

As a Healthcare Implementation Analyst you will consult with associates in other business areas, identifying business requirements and translating those requirements into system specifications. You will also act as a subject matter lead on special projects, providing accurate and timely analysis, design, testing and documentation of complex systems tasks.

Work with customers and the sales team to understand customer requirements.
Prepare deployment plans, communicate to customer, and gain customer sign-off.
Configure, test and deploy our software products in the field or remotely.
Investigate and resolve any deployment problems. Work with product management and development to define product enhancements that better serve our customers.
Use appropriate tools (bug tracking, CRM) to determine the nature of any product issues and communicate to the engineering team. Communicate in a timely manner with customers and management.

 

Qualifications

 Role Essentials

AA Degree technical degree (computer science or other discipline)
Hands-on experience deploying applications into Windows OR Linux environments.
Strong written and oral communication skills are required along with solid change management and documentation skills.

Role Desirables

Knowledge of HL7 messaging, clinical EMRs and/or hospital information systems is a plus
Knowledge and experience with healthcare organizations, medical terminology and healthcare system business processes is desired.
Planning and deploying software products in a healthcare environment.
Experience in the Quality Assurance (QA) process is desired.
Understanding of Oracle a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
