Gaming Laboratories International, LLC, a world leader in testing gaming devices and online systems (slot machines, video poker machines, Keno, Bingo, and lottery systems) for use by more than 450 gaming jurisdictions worldwide, is seeking an individual to join its computer operations staff.
Responsibilities include:
* Set-up, maintenance and upgrades for hardware and software end users
   PCs, user accounts, PC and printer setup and troubleshooting
* Monitoring and maintaining some network equipment
* Responding to all IT Helpdesk issues in a timely fashion
* Training staff on use of hardware and software
* Performing regular ongoing preventative maintenance activity to Desktop
   applications and hardware
* Providing support for remote users in our other US offices when
   necessary
Job Requirements:
* BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering or
   equivalent experience
* Knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows 7, Active  
   Directory concepts and administration, TCP/IP, and all operating
   systems required. 
* Must have excellent customer service skills
* Must be able to communicate, orally and in writing, in a courteous and
   professional manner without talking down to inexperienced end-users
* Strong problem solving skills 
* Must be able to be on call and work occasional weekends
