Job Description
Infinity Hospice Care is a Medicare Certified multi state provider of end of life care with over 25 years of hospice management experience. We are currently looking for an Information Technician Assistant to join our team of professionals.
Responsibilities of the Information Technician Assistant include but not limited to:
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Technical assistance for all IHC staff.
Assists in preparation and installation of software and peripheral devices.
Trains users in the basic operations and maintenance of their equipment and software.
Operates and services other information technology related equipment.
Ensures systems and equipment security and protect file integrity.
Job Requirements
Skills/Qualifications
Two to four years of information technology technician work experience.
Preference given to candidates with Mac OSX experience.
Basic knowledge of information security practices as they relate to information technology.
Multi-locational organizations experience preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing.
