Positions in this function work in the analysis phase of the system development cycle and consult with users to evaluate business requirements, identify operating procedures, evaluate existing or proposed systems and prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written. This function also is intended to include those that also may define business processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and investigates.
• Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience with relational database management systems
• 1+ years experience performing data analytics and reporting
• Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel
• Previous experience writing requirements documents
• HS Diploma/GED required

 

Assets:

• Experience with object-oriented programming systems
• Proficiency with MySQL/PHP
• Knowledge of data release precautions and HIPAA regulations
• Six Sigma trained
• PMP certification
• Healthcare experience highly preferred
