In this technical support position, you'll have the opportunity to: Act as point of contact to provide technical issue resolution via phone and email. Resolve complex technical issues from analysis and research to coordination of resources. Log and track calls using problem management database This position includes the following qualifications: BA/BS degree (or 4 years of relevant work experience). Prior experience troubleshooting technical issues. Past experience with a variety of computer systems and technologies Strong problem solving skills and customer service skills. You can see it.
