Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities
System Support Administrator for call center in Las Vegas, NV.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Provide first level support for desktop computer systems under the guidance of the Regional Site Support Administrator. Work with network and application engineers to ensure high end user satisfaction in a call center environment. Install PC’s and other hardware peripherals, operation systems, software applications (images) as well as handle problem resolution and answer user questions and concerns through the corporate Response Center, which includes providing answers to questions and resolving problems for clients in person, via phone or from a remote location. Document activities related to fulfillment of requests. Monitor all scheduled production processing, acting as a backup to other Site IT Support when necessary to perform necessary data backup and restore processes and ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed properly and in a timely fashion. Enforce corporate policies and procedures maintaining and enforcing the highest standards of security as set out by the corporation.







Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
AAS in Computer Science desired.
Experience Target
Prefer 2 years experience in similar capacity, will consider less experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Skills: Excellent logic and reasoning skills, PC troubleshooting and customer service skills; ability to multi task and take initiatives with minimum direction; team player. Should be able to follow complex instructions and learn processes and procedures with a minimum of repetition.



Knowledge/Abilities: In depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite; A+ Certification is a plus; LAN and WAN networking and troubleshooting skills needed; basic understanding of tape backup/restore procedures; basic antivirus knowledge; knowledge of bulk PC image deployment a plus; bulk image creation and updating a plus. Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 pounds.
