Qualifications

Education

College diploma or the equivalent

Licenses

Must obtain and maintain registration with Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Other

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.
Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, and management staff. Must possess strong working knowledge of personal computer hardware, software and have the ability to assist in resolving calls from users. Must have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Must be able to perform job with little supervision. Must possess strong problem solving skills. Must have the ability to withstand noisy and smoke filled environments. Must be 21 years of age or older. With or without reasonable accommodations must have the ability to see, speak and hear to effectively communicate with employees and supervisors over the telephone and in person. Must have full use of hands and fingers to type on computers, write reports, and answer telephone. Must have the ability to sit 30%, stand 20%, walk 20%, run 2%, squat 3%, bend 10%, twist 3%, lift 5%, kneel 2%, crawl 3%, and reach above shoulders 2% during a normal workday.

Job-Specific Expectations

Informs management of all pertinent information and any irregularities that occur.
Responsible for operations on all systems and ensures that all tasks are completed accurately.
Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on all systems.
Maintains all logs and documentation in the department including help desk.
Assists in the installation, upgrading, configuration, and maintenance of personal computers, servers, network and related systems.
Establishes and maintains effective and efficient department procedures and controls and ensures adherence to same by all team members.
