Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary IT resource for small to medium-size projects
- Work with business segments to better define project requirements for development and implementation
- Translate requirements into technical specifications
- Work with developers to get projects developed and implemented
- Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with developers and business resources
- Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
- Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
- Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
- Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
Requirements
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ Years experience providing Customer Service in a Professional Environment
- 1+ Years experience troubleshooting end user problems for software
- 1+ Years experience in an IT support or similar role
- Understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Planview
