JOB SUMMARY: This position will report primarily to the Administrative Director of Information Technology Services. Primary responsibilities will include the direct application system support of assigned computer applications and projects. This support will require knowledge of application functionality, dictionary and configuration parameters, interface connectivity and integration of applications with other applications systems. This position will work collaboratively with ITS Applications Consultant position to provide support for system support and project implementation such as screen building, dictionary design and build, data entry, testing, training and follow-up. REQUIREMENTS: This position requires: A) High School Grad/GED, AA Degree preferred, B) Two years minimum I.T. related work experience, four years preferred I.T. healthcare related experience. |
